A Brief Intro...
Hello all,
As most of you know, my life has always had an active focus. I have gone for long runs, walked for miles and never been able to sit still. I have also always felt that I had a grasp on healthy food choices and joked about my crazy sugar obsession for years. A couple years ago I became familiar with a program called the Genesis Transformation but had all sorts of resistance and walls built up surrounding the program.

Back in September of 2008 I was visiting with a dear friend who started as a client with Genesis Transformation and is now a coach and personal trainer. She told me that they were getting busy and would need additional coaches in the upcoming months. I had been contemplating my life’s focus but nothing really felt just right. For some reason, all of my resistance toward Genesis vanished and starting the program clicked. So mid September I signed up as a Genesis client. I have also been studying to become a personal trainer and learning all I can though this amazing process.
The last 4 months have been truly transformational for me and my family. I recently returned from the first Genesis Transformation coach trainee retreat and am well on my way to becoming a Genesis coach. I have been keeping a journal for the last months tracking my transformation experience. I have had some amazing realizations and experienced profound changes in my home and family life. This blog is a reflection of the last few months from my daily journal and what I have experienced and will continue to experience as I progress through the Transformation process and train to be a coach and trainer.
